Here are some specific things you can do this week that will help you recognize and experience God’s favor in your life.
Be intentional this week about looking for and recognizing God’s favor in everything you do and in every situation you encounter by making a list of exactly how you experienced God’s favor during the week. As you make your list, reflect back and write down some of the key moments of your life where you experienced God’s favor. Keep your list in a place where you can refer to it often as a source of encouragement.
Take time this week to read the following scriptures about God’s favor: Genesis 39:1-4, Job 10:1-22, Psalm 23:1-6, Psalm 30:1-12,
Psalm 8:1-9, Psalm 103:1-22, John 17:20-26, Acts 2:42-47, 2 Corinthians 8:9, and Ephesians 1:7-8.

• Ask God to help you recognize and receive His favor every day and in every situation.
• Tell God where you need His help to do something you cannot do on your own.
• Thank God for the favor He has continually given you throughout your life. Praise Him.
• Ask God to help you remove the distractions that are keeping you from receiving and recognizing His favor.
• Ask God to show you His purpose for your life and bring clarity to your purpose.
